With the new generation of main valve hydraulic control technology, FES XG700E underground diaphragm wall hydraulic grab equipment features in fast lowering, and super large closing force.
-The crawler chassis is equipped with self-unloading legs, which is convenient for disassembly and transitions.
-The machine is equipped with Rexroth hydraulic system to make it stable and reliable.
-Modular structure design makes it easy to assemble and disassemble the grab bucket counterweight.
-Strong grasping ability in hard formation with 2000kN grab bucket closing force.
-The wire rope’s lowering speed reaches up to 80m/min, and the lifting speed reaches 40m/min.
-Double-winch single-row rope design extends the service life of the wire rope, and reduces the construction cost.

XG700E Hydraulic Grab Equipment performed well in hard formation (up to 12MPa) at Hangzhou West Railway Station project to be completed before 2022 Asian Games.
The stratum of this project is complex and hard.
- under 20m: silt sand
- 37-41m: mudstone with hardness up to 12 MPa.
The XG700E took 15hrs to excavate a trench section of 1.2m thickness, 41m depth and 7m width, with a verticality as high as 1/400, in comparison of 60hrs spent by the similar equipment from a different manufacturer.
XG700E won high reputation from project management and the project contractor’s organization due to high efficiency and was designated to complete the remaining project.
