China wholesale Tremie - Concrete Tremie Pipe Sets for Piling Construction – FESDetail:
- Using wire cables joints, water and mud penetration is prevented by O-ring seals applied in between male and female joints.
- The color can be customized.
- Tremie pipes column is supplied with a set of accessories as below, but not limited to:
(a) Hopper: to pour concrete through the tremie pipe;
(b) Lifting cap: to help the lifting and lowering operations;
(c)Cable release fork: for wire release system;
(d) Suspension jig: to prevent pipes from falling into the holes;
(e) Rack: to stock pipes and to make easy the moving from one job site to another.
FES tremie pipes are made of high-quality steel plates to guarantee high resistance of elements. Pipes sections can be connected by two kinds of coupling systems: threaded joints and wire cable joints. The threaded tremie pipes are equipped with male/female joints with thread, and the wire cable system is designed for quick assembly/dismounting of the various pipe sections during the concreting operations.
