XR280E Rotary Drilling Rig
The XR280E rotary drill rig enjoys the following features.
- (1) It adopts Volvo electrically controlled turbo engine with high power and low fuel consumption.
- (2) Equipped with H-type hydraulic telescopic undercarriage to ensure the large diameter slewing support as well as super stability and convenient transportation.
- (3) Main and auxiliary winch adopt single-row rope technology, so the life of wire rope is 2~4 times longer than that of multi-layers rope and usage cost is much lower.
- (4) Hydraulic system adopts load sensing technology, superposition total power control and extreme power control technology. It makes hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving. Independent radiator system ensures higher heat dissipation efficiency.
- (5) Intelligent control system makes these functions realized, such as automatic adjustment and verticality display of mast, automatic rotation, automatic soil dumping, dynamic lifting cast-in-place, pile type display functions under CFA method, and so on. Bus panel design prevents mis-operation effectively.
As a high-efficiency machine, XR280E can realize the quick switching of functions such as crowd cylinder, crowd winch, CFA and dual rotary drive to meet various construction needs.
