XR550D Rotary Drilling Rig
The XR550D rotary drill rig features in reasonable design, convenient operation, high reliability and powerful performance.
- (1) It adopts the H-style dedicated hydraulic retractable crawler chassis and large diameter slewing bearing to provide extraordinary stability and transport convenience.
- (2) The main hydraulic system adopts the negative flow control to increase the system efficiency and make the most of the engine power.
- (3) It adopts the imported Cummins turbo-supercharged engine with three gears. It complies with Euro III emission standard. With high power, it is sufficient to satisfy the construction on the plateeue.
- (4) It adopts the luffing mechanism of large triangle form to ensure the stability of construction of big holes and deep piles in hard formation.
- (5) The single-rope main winch structure greatly prolongs the service life of steel wire rope and lowers the use cost.
- (6) Normal mode and entering-rock mode of unit head are available for operation in soil and rock to improve the construction efficiency.
The high power XR550D rotary drill rig is specially designed to drill the pile hole with the big diameter and into hard layers, fitting for layer conditions in most areas. It is especially suitable for the bridge pile foundation construction.
