FES modular rotary drill rig is also called the hydraulic customized piling rig, or the excavator-mounted modular drill rig. A complete set of rotary drilling device will be refitted on the customer’s excavator to realize the functions of rotary drilling and piling.
(1) Mature design technology is applied in small rotary drill rig to ensure high performance.
(2) Construction high-performance hydraulic system and control system can realize the machine’s construction efficiently.
(3) Max. working pressure of the cylinder is up to 40MPa. The use of original imported cylinder seal ensures the quality and service life of the cylinder.
(4) Professional rotary drilling rig electronic control system can show the rig’s depth and mast’s inclination accurately with easy operation.
(5) The rotary drive can supply up to 50kN.m torque and has the spinning function of 40rpm.
(6) The use of interlocking Kelly bar can transfer approx. 7 ton pressure to realize the application in the hard soil ground, with drilling depth up to 24m.
