Recently, a steel giant - the world’s largest rotary drill rig - XR1200E, set off to the construction site of national major projects.
After the large tonnage rotary drilling rig - XR800E made in 2018, this is another new breakthrough for XCMG in development of super-large machines.
With years of technical experience, XR1200E achieves a qualitative leap in technical parameters, work performance, and comprehensive strength, ensuring high efficiency, great power, energy-saving, and environment protection while based on customer needs and construction conditions. Up to now, XCMG has exactly led the development of oversized pile machinery.
XR1200E is equipped with a large-diameter Kelly bar and max torque of 1200kN.m/885,000lbf-ft for super large pile diameter and great drilling depth, majorly used in super hard formation.
For maximum efficiency, its engine power is enhanced to 706kW/948Hp with an incredible max drilling depth of 170m/558ft and a diameter of 5000mm/16ft.
Besides, XCMG has made unremitting efforts to promote innovation and formed specific technical advantages such as large tonnage rigs used for super deep hole and hard formation.
Various large-tonnage rotary drilling rigs from XCMG exert a major influence on foundation construction projects like Sichuan-Tibet railway and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, etc.
