The Ougan Group held the annual Commendation Ceremony on the 3rd of Feb, 2021, to celebrate the achievements of the Year 2020 and make plans for the new year.
The Ceremony was started with an opening speech delivered by Mr. Robin Mao, Founder, and President of the Ougan Group.
There were 73 Ougan employees from the head office and representatives from subsidiaries who attended the meeting in the corporate office. The rest 53 employees participated online as a result of the government’s ban on big gatherings.
Nineteen employees who did an outstanding performance and made significant contributions to the company in the past year were rewarded with honours and prizes.
Ougan cherishes the staff’s long-term commitment to serving the company, and any staff with a service term of every five years were rewarded a gold coin as a souvenir. At the party, eight employees received the honor.
During the ceremony, excellent stage performances and raffle draws were presented by Ougan employees.
The ceremony was ended with Mr. Robin’s singing show.
