XR400D Rotary Drilling Rig
The XR400D rotary drill rig features in reasonable design, compact structure, convenient operation, high reliability, powerful performance and wide application.
- (1) Adopt the dedicated hydraulic retractable crawler chassis and large diameter slewing bearing to provide extraordinary stability and transport convenience.
- (2) The luffing mechanism of large triangle form ensures the stability of construction of big holes and deep piles in hard formation.
- (3) Full electronic control technology of CAN bus improves the reliability of the whole vehicle and simplifies hydraulic line, fully reflecting the people, machine, electricity and liquid integration.
- (4) Cummins electric control turbo—supercharged engine is used. It complies with Euro Ill emission standard.
- (5) It is equipped with a centralized lubrication system as standard configuration for easy maintenance.
- (6) Crowd winch and casing-driving functions are optional for selection to satisfy various needs of the users.
With powerful machinery manufacturing capacity, XR400D rotary drill rig is specially designed to drill the pile hole with the big diameter and into hard layers, fitting for layer conditions in most areas.
